I am Andy smith, architect, and I operate a small home based personalised architectural and landscape practice, offering an economical and flexible design and documentation service such as architecture and landscape services for the general public, and a few select small quality custom builders.
My designs have won numerous HIA awards for several of my builder clients.
I graduated in 1976 from what is now SA University, and after working in several architectural offices established Eric Smith & Associates Pty ltd in 1987.
Between 1987 and 1996 I was also a director in a small award winning custom building company. During this period I gained an invaluable insight into various building techniques and the overall building process.
